Offsight evolved from the many years of experience our founders gained while working in the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) industry. Our founders, Vikas Murali and Andrew Xue, were technology consultants for some of the world’s largest engineered-to-order manufacturers. 

The founders realized that the technology solutions on the market weren’t designed for the unique needs of project manufacturers, who relied on various manufacturing workflows that change from project to project.
