PDM Constructions/Durapods is at the forefront of utilizing modular construction on multimillion dollar commercial projects. Their approach to leveraging the efficiency of factory assembly for bathroom pods, kitchen pods and other parts of commercial buildings demonstrates the long term benefits of prefabrication in various commercial verticals. One such vertical is healthcare projects where modular construction is already seeing rapid growth. In 2021 Durapods successfully delivered 102 modular bath pods for the $300 Million Penn State Hamden Medical Center Project. They successfully completed this project along with construction managers Barton Malow and Alexander Building Construction Co.

Durapods is now on to their next major commercial project and has implemented Offsight to actively manage their production and client reporting process and to maintain the high level of quality needed for commercial construction.
