Vantem leverages their proprietary modular technology to help developers increase profitability by reducing project costs with energy-efficient factory-built structures that benefit from green financing initiatives and credits.
Vantem’s panel technology is implemented as an envelope around the exterior walls, floors and ceilings of their modules to provide thermal efficiency. These thermally efficient envelopes make their modules meet the Net Zero energy efficiency designation set by the U.S. Department of Energy, which allows them to qualify for green energy credits and financing incentives. In addition to their innovative product, Vantem helps developers realize even more cost savings through their manufacturing process, where 80% of their projects are delivered factory-complete.
Vantem is rapidly scaling their factory operations and project pipeline and has launched factories in South Carolina and Georgia to target multifamily and commercial projects. They’ve implemented Offsight to help manage their end-to-end factory production across both sites and help ensure they can drive the cost savings from their manufacturing process.
Driving Cost Savings By Actively Managing Production
With Offsight’s
Production & Quality Tracking feature set, Vantem is able to actively manage their production in real time. Offsight’s mobile app can be set up at the shop floor and is
designed to allow for easy input of data. It provides operators with access to assembly instructions, worksheets and checklists.
With Offsight’s Live Dashboard, managers can view the real time status of every module on the shop floor. They can immediately identify which modules and linked sub-assemblies are on track for delivery and which are falling behind schedule. By taking corrective action they can avoid costly bottlenecks which result in increased labor costs that drive up overall production costs.
